Our journey to Ko Lipe began in Langkawi, Malaysia. After a few days of unexpected rain, we decided to hop on a ferry to Thailand. We booked our tickets through 12Go and departed from the Kuah Jetty. The ferry ride itself wasn't the highlight, but the unique experience of an oceanic border crossing certainly was! Arriving at Ko Lipe's immigration port, arguably the coolest we've ever seen, added to the adventure.

From the port, we boarded a classic longtail boat – a testament to human ingenuity! The short but scenic ride brought us to our slice of paradise on the southeastern side of the island. Stepping onto the softest sand we've ever felt, we knew we were in for a treat.
