Checking into Carriacou was a breeze, with friendly immigration and customs officers making the process smooth and efficient. We were struck by the island's beauty, despite the visible signs of damage from Hurricane Ian. The resilience of the locals was evident in their quick rebuilding efforts, with roofs on houses and a sense of optimism in the air.
